Overview
Belong.Life is the world's largest social and professional network for managing and navigating cancer treatment — free and anonymous for patients and caregivers. I joined after the app had been live for five years, with one goal above all: help save people's lives through clearer navigation, better tools and a friendlier design.

The challenge
After five years live, the app had grown hard to navigate. Patients and caregivers — often under stress — struggled to find experts, communities and their own medical records.
The solution
Clearer navigation, direct chat with world-renowned experts, a supportive community, a digital medical binder and a desktop web app — all on one platform that powers several apps.

Shimi is one of the most creative, hard-working, and driven people I know. Shimi did a great job growing Belong.Life's presence in terms of visual language. It was a pleasure to work with Shimi, and I am sure he will be a great asset to any company.
